Volunteer with us
Volunteers are fundamental to the running of Circus Eruption. They dedicate a huge amount of time and experience to its continual growth and development.
Our volunteers are given new opportunities to develop and learn new skills through an extensive and on-going training programme. Regular social gatherings and many other opportunities such as free circus tickets!
As well as our circus sessions we have many opportunities in:
Building maintenance, gardening, marketing and PR amongst others

What do you need to volunteer with us?
You must be over the age of 18 years old, and also need to be reliable and have a good sense of fun. As Circus Eruption is a project for young people all volunteers must be willing to complete a police disclosure check.
What don’t you need to volunteer with us?
Circus skills are useful BUT in no way essential to volunteering. If you would like to volunteer with our young people, having circus skills is not essential because volunteers can have a number of different roles which include:
Help us to set up the workshop
Supporting young people to learn circus skills
Recognizing the achievements of the young people, and encouraging them to try new things
Working with an individual young person to involve them in our activities
